EXECUTIVE RETREAT
Based on the Assessment results, our team designs an Executive Retreat. Every session of the retreat program is directed to your goals and designed to build vision, teamwork, and a unified culture. The off site Retreat is a creative and supportive experience that builds group cohesion, clarifies roles and responsibilities, establishes even greater support for the leadership within the group, and resolves key issues.
Interpersonal
In the initial phase, the Executive Group is guided in exploring and advancing their group working dynamics, both to enhance present strengths and to resolve existing needs. NRG works with team members in accessing their capacity to listen to each other from a clear and open perspective. Effective, practical feedback skills are experientially learned and used to build team understanding and resolve relationship issues. The result of the interpersonal aspect of the Retreat is the establishment of greater group cohesion, openness, trust and mutual respect.
Getting On the Same Page
Next, the development of a Vision and Mission Statement creates a clear and unified focus for the entire company. This will include positioning the work of your company in the market, establishment or revitalization of an existing mission forms a stabilizing center around which decisions are made, priorities are set, and the company directs and aligns its resources. NRG guides the team in ways to utilize and present their mission to employees as a dynamic, exciting focus for the company.
Strategic Planning
The results of the Organizational Assessment are reviewed with the team, in light of the generated open cooperation and support and clarified mission. NRG facilitates and provides new perspectives for the participants to examine patterns that have taken root within the company. Once these patterns are identified, we facilitate the group in creating strategies to deal with the primary issues holding your company back. Core competencies and untapped strengths are also utilized in this process. Clearly defined action plans are made to clarify steps for achieving goals and effecting changes in the most cost effective, timely manner.
