Paul Deslauriers, a former Catholic seminarian, earned a master’s degree in engineering. He worked as an oceanographer and became an international environmental consultant in pollution, working for the Environmental Protection Agency, Canadian Coast Guard, Native American groups, and major corporations. After experiencing a deep realization, he began a quest that led him to became a personal growth teacher, leading week-long retreats. Each group generated a ‘spiritual’ energy field, and many corporate leaders who attended wanted a similar energy in their businesses. For the past twenty years Paul has worked as an organizational development consultant, focusing on industries that shape consciousness. He has worked for over one hundred TV broadcasting stations and advertising agencies. He is also the author of “IN THE HIGH ENERGY ZONE: The 6 Characteristics of Highly Effective Groups.”
